Intermed Clinic was founded in 1989 by Jean-Claude Bourque, M.D. and his daughter Chantal Bourque-Bray, M.S. Dr Bourque has been serving patients in South Florida for the past twenty five years.

Our state-of-the-art facilities are conveniently located in Broward and Palm Beach counties. There are three physicians on staff at our offices and three certified physician assistants:
